HSD P7 Hockey and Rugby Tournament

Not even the afternoon rain could dampen the spirits as teams of budding young sports stars entertained the watching spectators with some high quality, keenly-contested matches.

In the rugby competition, squads from the High School, Dollar, Morrison’s Academy, Robert Gordon’s College, Strathallan, St Leonards and Lathallan battled it out in a series of high intensity 15- minute fixtures, with the High School of Dundee A team being crowned the winners after a tension-filled final against Robert Gordon’s!   

Meanwhile, over at Dalnacraig, teams from HSD, Dollar, Morrison’s, Robert Gordon’s, Strathallan and St Leonards, took to the all-weather pitches for an exciting round-robin tournament, packed full of impressive performances. In the end, Robert Gordon’s finished in 1st place and took home the trophy.
