Congratulations to the HSD boys hockey team who are through to the Aspire Cup finals after winning the qualifying tournament at Dalnacraig!

The 11-man team, consisting of players from F2 to F6, beat Morrisons Academy (2-1) and Glasgow Academy (5-0) and drew with Perth Academy (1-1) to top their group.

That earned them a place in the final where they defeated Grove Academy on penalties after a tense 2-2 draw.

The HSD boys hockey team will now go on to face Trinity School in the finals – a replay of the previous final, which was won by HSD.

The match will take place at Glasgow National Hockey Centre on March 15.

Well done team!
