Triple Crown performance from HSD rugby sides

Lathallan Rugby 7s

Well done to our rugby teams who had a brilliant day at the Lathallan 7s!

Our U12/14/16/18 sides all took part in the annual competition and they secured the titles in the U12, U14 and U18 categories after exciting wins over Madras, Robert Gordon’s College and Strathallan in their respective finals.

For the U18s it was their 3rd 7s tournament win this season!

There was an individual award too for Olly who was named player of the tournament in the U12 event, earning him bragging rights over brothers Tom (U14 side) and Jack (U18)!

Head of Rugby Phil Godman said, “It was a fantastic end to the season for the boys and especially for the F6s whose rugby journey at the school now comes to an end. They have made some amazing memories for themselves that will last long after they have finished school.

“All our teams are so lucky to have such amazing support from the parents, and that was in evidence again today.”
