What to Expect
The evening will begin with short introductory talks from David Thomson and Lise Hudson, outlining HSD’s Senior Years philosophy and approach to preparing pupils for life beyond school.
Following this, guests will have the opportunity to engage in structured conversations with senior members of staff and admissions specialists from both HSD and the University of St Andrews.
The evening will include:
Insight into Senior Years subject choices, qualifications and progression.
Discussion of individualised UCAS preparation and application support.
Direct insight from a member of the University of St Andrews Admissions Team on what universities look for in applicants and how Scottish qualifications are valued.
Opportunities to ask questions and discuss individual circumstances.
Light refreshments will be provided, with visual displays and take-home information available throughout the evening.
