L5 Pupils Celebrate Burns Day With Traditional Supper

L5 Pupils Celebrate Burns Day With Traditional Supper. Pupils in class room with hands up looking joyful and excited. One pupil with Scottish flag painted on his face.

Our L5 pupils celebrated Burns Day by enjoying a Burns Supper in the early years dining hall!

There was plenty of tartan on display as our pupils tucked into their traditional Scottish meal – which was accompanied a piper as it was brought out.

As well as giving the traditional Address to a Haggis before they ate, the pupils also made speeches and enjoyed music, including a performance of the Skye Boat Song by the L5 Strings.

What a fantastic way to celebrate the Scots bard!
