Local Ambassadors
We truly value your support within our community as ambassadors for HSD.
You are best placed to spread the word about all that we have to offer for any family that is thinking about joining us. You also appreciate what a difference we can make in supporting not only our own pupils but the wider community too.
We have an active parent community within the school with Year Group representatives in both Junior and Senior Years and a Parents’ Association.Â
Parents’ Association (PA)
All parents and guardians of pupils attending the High School of Dundee are automatically members.Â
The objectives of the PA are:Â
- To provide a forum in which parents can discuss matters of importance to them, and to facilitate communication and liaison between parents and the School.
- To assist the School in whatever ways the parents, in consultation with the Rector, consider suitable.
- To provide opportunities for all parents to meet socially; and...Â
- To nominate a member to serve on the Board of Directors of the School.Â
