HSD Celebrates Anti-Bullying Week 2024

Pupils at HSD have been celebrating Anti-Bullying Week with some amazing events and activities based around the theme of respect.

On Monday a poster competition was held, with entries displayed around the school alongside other quotes on Tuesday.

This was followed by a terrific talent show on Wednesday, which saw pupils take to the stage to show off skills like dancing, music, and comedy!

On Thursday, our Pupil Wellbeing Prefects ran games and activities for Junior and Senior pupils to boost positivity, and on Friday our Senior pupils wore house accessories to express themselves.

Extra materials on compassion in competition and reflection have been sent to pupils and staff to continue the message of Anti-Bullying Week into the weekend.

Thanks to the Wellbeing Prefects for organising such a fantastic event promoting positive behaviour and reinforcing understanding of the effects of bullying.
