Teamwork, confidence and a real appetite for learning were on display in abundance as our cadets completed an excellent Biennial Inspection.
Across two action‑packed days, the two HSD Combined Cadet Force platoons developed key field skills, took part in patrols and section training, and impressed during practical stands delivered by 7 SCOTS, including navigation, stalking, and an introduction to infantry weapon systems.
Having watched an impressive demonstration by 7 SCOTS, the cadets carried out three impressive section attacks of their own, with the communication and control in the field on display a credit to the hard work they’ve put in throughout the year.
