30 pupils in F4 and F6 spent a day at Holyrood to complement their National 5 and Advanced Higher Modern Studies units on Democracy in Scotland.

As well as touring the Parliament building, the youngsters were able to witness some political jousting at first hand when they took in First Minister’s Questions, before having the opportunity to ask some searching questions of their own when they took part in a Q&A session with Dundee MSPs Joe Fitzpatrick and Shona Robison.
