Pupil wins city-wide literary contest

Amy Paterson has been named as the winner of the annual Burgess Short Story Competition, which this year challenged S3 pupils across Dundee to write about a Dundee of the future.

Amy sealed first place with a piece of fiction which managed to educate and entertain, while Parisa Hossain-Ibrahim also enjoyed success in the competition, receiving a commendation for her entry.
