This week should have seen budding pianists from L3-L7 take to the stage of Trinity Hall to perform for family and friends as part of the annual Junior Years Piano Day.

But the event’s cancellation wasn’t going to stand in the way of the enthusiastic youngsters, who were instead asked to shine a light for 2020 by giving performances of their favourite pieces at home!

Miss Evans, along with piano teachers Mr Armstrong and Mr Burke, said, “We hope all the children had fun performing their 2020 piano repertoires in style for their families at home this week.

“Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful piano playing with us! We didn’t want to miss out on this special occasion so it’s been great to be able to celebrate our Junior Years Piano Day together as always, by shining out a bright, musical light for ourselves and our audience in 2020.”
