Junior Years Visit Chemistry Department

Today, L4 paid an explosive visit to the labs! The pupils made their own papier-mâché volcanoes as part of their Italy project and, with a little help from Dr Taylor, had the chance to set some eruptions in motion. The youngsters were also treated to a spectacular demonstration of soapy lava!
Meanwhile, children in L6 also enjoyed the chance to investigate indicators as part of their research into the effects of increased carbon dioxide levels.
