Anticipation mounts as curtain-up for Fiddler on the Roof draws near

The School's production of Fiddler on the Roof runs at the Gardyne Theatre from Wednesday 20th to Saturday 23rd June 2018

As intensive rehearsals enter their final week, anticipation for the High School of Dundee’s production of Fiddler on the Roof is mounting!

With just 7 days remaining until curtain-up for the Gardyne Theatre shows, the cast and crew are busy making last minute preparations as they get ready to transport audiences to early 20th century Imperial Russia for some mesmerising musical entertainment.

Based on the book by Joseph Stein, and featuring music by Jerry Bock and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, the production, which is open to the public, runs nightly at 7.30pm from Wednesday 20 June until Saturday 23 June.

Can't make it along to one of the evening performances? Don’t worry – there’s also a 2.30pm matinee show on the Saturday!

Parents and pupils can buy tickets (£16) from the school (cash or cheque, payable to the High School of Dundee) and they can also be obtained through Dundee Box Office. Any remaining tickets at showtime will also be available on the door.
