Parent Engagement Events

We recognise that parents play a crucial role in supporting their children's learning.

The School therefore regularly holds information sessions for parents, typically in the evening, on a range of matters which can have an impact on the health and wellbeing, as well as the educational development, of young people today. These events are held in addition to the scheduled Parents Evenings.

In the past, sessions have been held on topics including Online Behaviour; Stress and Anxiety; and Self Harm, as well as on Subject Preferences and the use of iPads.

High School of Dundee parents can access the School's 'Parent's Guide to Supporting Emotional Wellbeing' in Firefly (our virtual learning platform).
