Tours of the school can be arranged at any time during term time. Please contact Head of Admissions Alex McGrory on 01382 202921 if you would like to arrange a visit.
Open Morning however is an ideal opportunity for families to visit the School and each year the event takes place on the first Saturday in November. The 2016 Open Morning takes place on Saturday 5th November.
In the company of one of our pupils, you are invited to tour the classrooms and facilities, with the chance to talk directly to staff and pupils, and ask any questions you may have about life at the High School. On average, most tours will last approximately two hours, with the chance to experience activities, displays and exhibits in every department.
At the end of your tour, senior staff will be on hand to provide one-to-one, confidential advice on everything from pastoral care to financial support.
The event will begin with registration at 8.45am (you can save time by preregistering below), and the Rector of the High School, Dr John Halliday, will give a short welcome at 9am. You will then be invited to explore the School at your own pace, before returning to Trinity Hall for coffee and the opportunity to meet with senior members of staff.
Children are very welcome to attend and we operate a crèche on the day. Visitors may park in the school playground, although you are advised to arrive in good time if you wish to be sure of a space. Overspill parking is available at the nearby Bell Street Car Park which is located behind the School.
Please note that parts of the tour route are unsuitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Those with limited mobility should contact us in advance for advice.
As it is typically a very busy event, preregistration is advised. To preregister, please download and complete this form and return it to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Alex McGrory on 01382 202921.
On arrival, those who have not pre-registered will be asked to complete a short registration form.
If you have any questions regarding Open Morning, please contact Mrs McGrory.
We look forward to seeing you there!
