Christmas Fair 2011

The High School of Dundee will hold its annual Charities Christmas Fair on Saturday 19 November 2011.

Taking place in Trinity Hall, the event will include stalls with Christmas goodies, craft and charity stalls, and face painting.  Coffee and cakes will be on sale, courtesy of Brodies, and visitors will have the opportunity to participate in a fundraising raffle for a Christmas Hamper.

Younger visitors will be catered for with an Elves Grotto, offering a variety of exciting activities to keep them entertained.

Charities represented at the event include: Maggies Cancer Care, Barnardos, Children of Songea, CLIC Sargent, Comfort Rwanda, Hearing Dogs for the Deaf, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Corabia Foundation, Save the Children and Macmillan Cancer Support.  A variety of stalls selling crafts, jewellery and accessories will also be in attendance at the event.

The event runs from 10am - 2pm, and entry is charged at £1 for adults and free entry for children.  Parking is also available in the school playground for £3, with one free adult entry included, and all are welcome to attend.  All profits from the day will go to charity.
