Tom skis into silver
L7 pupil Tom Crockart has fought off competition from boys up to three years older to take second place in the Scottish Schools minors skiing competition.
Tom, who has been skiing for six years, is the youngest member of the High School ski team. He was also placed first in his age group at the competition, and helped the School team to fifth in the final rankings.
Eleven-year-old Tom, from Perth, was delighted with the result, which was a fantastic achievement against much older competitors.
