All children in L2, L3M and in L6-7 should report to Trinity between 8.30 and 9.00 am. Children in L4 and L5 should report to their own classrooms. All L1 children should report to Mrs Wood’s and Mrs Mooney’s classrooms, entering by the blue door. Children in L3C should report to L3M’s classroom.
We will be following our timetable as much as possible so uniform should be worn and all necessary equipment should be brought. The L5 party will be held in the Large Gym. The L7 Ceilidh at 7pm will be held in the large gym.
The Performance of the Nativity to the whole school will take place in Trinity in the morning.
Pupils in L4 – L7 will be able to use the Main Dining Hall as usual. L1-3 children who have paid for their lunches for the whole term will be supplied with a packed lunch. Otherwise all children in L1-3 will require to bring a packed lunch.
Pupils in L1-5 will be brought out to the Pillars at 3.10. Parents should wait there to collect them. After School Care will operate within the Margaret Harris building in a classroom.
