Animation prize for Ellen
Form 2 pupil Ellen McLean has been named as a winner in Manchester University's Animation 10 competition.
For her animation, “Life as a boring piece of paper”, Ellen won Highly Commended for her age category, Best use of Scratch (animation software) and Special Recognition: Most Inspirational Film.
The competition, which is held each year to raise awareness of Computer Science, is scheduled to run again next year and Ellen is already planning her next project.
