Our pupils travel from as far afield as Brechin and Montrose in Angus, Blairgowrie and Comrie in Perthshire, and from Glenrothes, Anstruther and across North East Fife. The school runs a number of dedicated bus services covering key catchment areas.
Around half all pupils travel to school from outside the city of Dundee. Many use public bus or train services to reach us, where dedicated school bus services do not operate.
The bus services operated by the School currently run from:
Current charges for all services may be found in the table of fees. Parents may pay in advance, either at the beginning of the session or at the beginning of each term. Where tuition fees are paid in ten monthly instalments, bus charges may be included in the monthly payment, provided parents commit to use the service for the entire school session.
Junior School pupils who finish before the departure time of 3.55pm will be cared for in school without charge. On Fridays, the buses leave the school at 3.35pm and will arrive at their respective destinations approximately half an hour earlier than previous days.
It should be noted that these services are primarily intended for pupils travelling on a ‘return’ basis and the offer of a ‘single’ fare place is discretionary. Priority will also be given to pupils in the Junior School.
